As majority shareholder Hydrocontracting mainly supports the RP Global Group activities by contributing know-how and support for equity and fund raising as well as structuring project finance in tightening financial markets:
- Strategic planning
- Allocation of equity and shareholder loans
- Relations to banks and sponsors
- Optimization of project finance
- Contracting
Additionally from the Viennese headquarters a wide range of services like group legal counsel, technical supervision of development and implementation for both hydro and wind, PR and IT is provided to the group.
Furthermore under the lead of Hydrocontracting, the entire development, project finance and implementation of hydro- and wind-power projects in Croatia, Chile and – for historical reasons – in Portugal as well as business development in the CEE region are carried out from Vienna.
